A Usable Increment is a collection of software and supporting work products which can be handled by the demand organization. Roles involved: Developer Acceptance Tester, Subject Matter Expert, Tool Administrator Product Owner (each Sprint), Project Board (at release) Output of tasks: Create a Solution of Production Quality On the basis of Work Products: Up to date, for this Usable Increment relevant documentation (Software Architecture Document, Use Case Model, Use Case Specifications and Test Report), Working Software, (Build of the functionality to be delivered) Input for tasks: Execute User Acceptance Tests Run Acceptance Tests Communicate agreement on a work product Workflows: Development Workflow, Acceptance Workflow, Finalization Workflow
