• Name the Usable Increment (e.g., 'Usable Increment project X v0.3')
• Gather the up to date documentation relevant for this Usable Increment (Software Architecture Document, Use Case Model, Use Case Specifications, Test Report and System Administration Documentation)
• Gather the relevant source code
• Make a Build of the functionality to be delivered
• Write the first version of the System Administration Documentation or update it
• Compile Release Notes
• Put these work products together in a synoptic way (for example, in a downloadable archive file).
