Incrementally Growing Work Product The Risk List lists the known project risks. Per risk is stated:
  • Date of identification
  • Description
  • Priority on the base of severity and probability of occurrence
  • Owner
  • Countermeasure
  • Action if the risk becomes reality
  • Progress
