The Team consists of IT-specialists and Subject Mater Experts. The Team forecasts the amount of work it can handle in a Sprint. In the Team, several roles are present: Subject Matter Expert, Analyst, Software Architect, Developer, Tester and Tool Administrator. TODO: improve (also in glossary) | ||||||
| Knowledge and skills: | Each team member brings specific knowledge and skills to the Team enabling him to assume specialist roles within the Team. Furthermore he brings a willingness to take responsibility for the Team result and to take on roles outside his comfort zone as needed. | ||||||
