The goal of the task 'Discuss Progress on a Daily Basis'
is to organize a daily standup meeting (Daily Scrum) in order to inspect the progress toward the Sprint goal on a daily basis. Each Team member briefly tells what he has done since the last standup meeting, what he'll be doing today, and what impediments are in his way. |
