Working in Sprints takes place during the complete project lifecycle. In every Sprint experiences from the last Sprint are incorporated in extending and improving the application.

In this folder we concentrate on the precise contents of the iterative (Sprint) process. For reasons of overview we have chosen to divide this process in four sub workflows. The picture below shows how these workflows are connected. Click on a workflow in the picture bolow to see the details of that workflow.

It is important to keep in mind that these four workflows are executed simultaneously, in parallel, in every Sprint.
